Welcome!
The Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club welcomes Rotarians and other
visitors to its Monday meetings.
A buffet lunch with salads and hot entrees is open at noon,
with the business meeting beginning around 12:25 p.m.
Visitors are always welcome to attend club meetings.
The Club, chartered in 1980, has over 100 members.
It sponsors an active Interact Club at Carlsbad
High School.
Each year it sends both facilitators and students to the
annual
RYLA
conference. The club
sponsors
Oktoberfest held on the first Saturday in October.
Proceeds from this event are shared with the Women’s Resource Center
and the Carlsbad Boys/Girls Club and are used by the club for local
community projects. The club sponsors an annual
Golf Tournament
with all proceeds used to fund scholarships for graduating high school students and
for U.S .Marines continuing their education at MiraCosta College.
In addition, the club also supports the AVID program at Carlsbad High School, Casa de Amparo, Ivey Ranch, Hospice of the North Coast, a literacy project at Jefferson Elementary School, the Carlsbad Educational Foundation, the Assistance League of the North Coast, and the Mottino YMCA.
