Along with friends and neighbors, Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club members came together to break down bulk food items into individual meal packages, with each bag providing nutritious servings for eight people.
Together, volunteers organized, measured, boxed, and prepared a total of 20,000 meals, which were handed to Harvest Pack for delivery to the North County Food Bank.
This hands-on service project addresses food insecurity in our community by helping provide essential meals to individuals and families who may otherwise struggle to put food on the table.
